This policy outlines the standard pricing structure for the Kurvexa Institute Management Software.
All fees are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) for international clients or Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic clients based on the billing region assigned during institute registration.
Base Registration Plans (One-Time Setup)
Institutes must select a base registration plan to activate their software platform and access core modules:
Basic Plan
$99 (or regional equivalent fee in INR / local currency)
Standard Plan
$199 (or regional equivalent fee in INR / local currency)
Premium Plan
$299 (or regional equivalent fee in INR / local currency)
Note: Specific modules included in each plan are detailed on the Kurvexa product page. Additional base plans may be introduced in the future.
Student-Wise Monthly Subscription
Software usage is billed monthly on a pro-rated basis, calculated by the exact number of days a student is active in the system. The per-student rate is tiered based on the total active student count:
Tier 1 (1 – 50 Students)
$1.20 per student / month
Tier 2 (51 – 200 Students)
$1.00 per student / month
Tier 3 (201 – 500 Students)
$0.80 per student / month
Tier 4 (501 – 1000 Students)
$0.70 per student / month
Tier 5 (1001 – 2500 Students)
$0.60 per student / month
Tier 6 (2501+ Students)
$0.50 per student / month
Annual Renewal & Add-Ons
Platform Renewal Fee
A flat fee of $25 per year (or regional equivalent e.g. ₹1,000/year) applies for continued technical support, server maintenance and regular system updates starting after the first year.
Language Packs
Single additional language at $10 (one-time); All available languages unlocked at $30 (one-time).

Custom Pricing & Modifications
SGEmplus Global LLP reserves the right to modify, replace or discontinue these pricing slabs at any time. Active institutes will be notified prior to their next billing cycle if changes affect their current rates.
Custom per-student fees or lifetime free access granted to specific institutes remain strictly at the discretion of the Admin.
Promotional Displays & Dashboard Advertising
To support our dynamic pricing models and platform growth, SGEmplus Global LLP reserves the right to display internal promotional offers, third-party sponsored banners and targeted billing announcements on the pricing, billing and subscription dashboards.
These displays will not interfere with the invoicing process and are strictly governed by our Privacy Policy regarding administrative data usage.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance Note
Note: All stated prices are exclusive of any future statutory taxes. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST) will be added to the final invoice as mandated by local government regulations.
