Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Acceptable Use

Effective Date: 16 July 2026Version: 1.01Platform: Kurvexa (by SGEmplus Global LLP)

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Acceptable Use Policy defines Kurvexa's service availability standards, acceptable communication guidelines, support turnarounds, and data backup obligations for all registered partner institutes.

1

Uptime Guarantee

Kurvexa is built on world-class cloud infrastructure. We strive to provide a 99.9% server uptime.

However, occasional downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, urgent security patches or unforeseen technical issues beyond our control.

Institutes will be notified in advance of any scheduled maintenance via dashboard announcements.

2

Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

Kurvexa provides communication tools (such as SMS/Email integration) to facilitate administrative work. Institutes must agree to use these tools responsibly:

No Spam

The platform must not be used to send unsolicited marketing messages, spam or bulk promotional content unrelated to the institute's operations.

Compliance

SMS and Email content must comply with local telecom regulations (e.g. TRAI guidelines in India or global anti-spam laws).

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension of the communication modules or the entire account.

3

Support & Issue Resolution

We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly.

Standard Support

Included for all active institutes. Tickets can be raised via the dashboard, with a standard response time of 24-48 business hours.

Critical Bugs

Core system failures preventing login or data entry are treated with the highest priority and typically resolved within a few hours.

4

Data Backup Liability

While Kurvexa automatically runs routine server-side backups for disaster recovery, the Institute is solely responsible for periodically exporting and downloading their own critical data (e.g. student lists, fee logs, attendance) using the "Export" features provided in the dashboard.

SGEmplus Global LLP is not liable for data loss resulting from user error, accidental deletion by authorized staff, or unauthorized access due to compromised institute passwords.
