Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Kurvexa, a premier Institute Management Software developed, owned and operated by SGEmplus Global LLP ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By registering an institute account, accessing or using the Kurvexa platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service ("Terms").
Global Pricing, Billing & Subscriptions
Dynamic Geographical Pricing
Subscription plans, per-student fees, language add-ons and renewal charges vary based on your country of registration (e.g. INR for India, USD for international clients).
Applicable Rates
The specific rates for your region are strictly governed by our separately published Pricing & Plans Policy. You agree to pay the fees applicable at the time of your billing cycle as displayed on your admin dashboard.
Pro-Rated Billing Cycle
Monthly student-wise billing is calculated on a pro-rata basis (based on the exact date a student is added). Invoices are generated at the end of the month and must be cleared by the due date.
Custom Adjustments
SGEmplus Global LLP reserves the absolute right to offer custom pricing, lifetime free access or promotional waivers to specific institutes at its sole discretion.
Account Termination, Suspension & The 90-Day Reactivation Window
We believe in absolute flexibility for our partner institutes.
Voluntary Cancellation
If an institute wishes to discontinue the use of Kurvexa, they may do so by simply ceasing their monthly invoice payments or by submitting a formal closure request via the dedicated "Cancellation Request" page within their dashboard.
Service Suspension
Upon failure to clear pending invoices within the given grace period, the software access for the institute's staff, students and administrators will be automatically suspended (locked out).
The 90-Day Comeback Policy
We retain the institute's complete data on our secure servers for exactly 90 days from the date of suspension or cancellation request. During this 90-day window, the institute can "come back" and fully reactivate their software access by simply paying the pending invoice amounts for the suspended months.
Permanent Deletion
Once the 90-day window expires without reactivation, all academic, financial and personal data linked to the institute will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active servers.
Advertisements & Third-Party Sponsorships
Display of Ads
To keep our subscription costs optimized and continue providing world-class infrastructure, Kurvexa may display targeted third-party advertisements, brand promotions, sponsored banners and internal announcements on the software dashboard.
Non-Intrusive Experience
We ensure that these advertisements are displayed in designated areas and will not hinder the core academic or administrative functionality of the software.
No Endorsement
The display of third-party brand advertisements does not constitute a direct endorsement by SGEmplus Global LLP.
Future Modules & Platform Evolution
Kurvexa continuously evolves. We reserve the right to introduce new modules, modify existing features or adjust our Policies. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Taxes & Statutory Levies
Currently, the prices displayed on our platform are base rates. As SGEmplus Global LLP integrates statutory tax registrations (such as GST in India or equivalent global taxes), applicable government taxes will be charged additionally over and above the base subscription, registration or add-on fees. These tax amounts will be clearly itemized on your invoices.
These Terms of Service are issued by SGEmplus Global LLP. Continued use of the KURVEXA platform constitutes agreement to all terms listed above.
